We take pride in our craft service table making sure that snacks are replenished and maintained throughout the day, and accompanied by "substantial food", usually served three hours into the day and again three hours after lunch. Dietary restrictions are always taken into consideration (allergies, gluten free diets, lactose intolerance, vegans etc...)

and can be accommodated when planning the menu.
